Butt and Legs Ankle Band Workout
Using an ankle band do the four drills in Bonnie and Tracy’s Butt and Legs Ankle Band Workout with minimal recovery. Do each drill on your own, or follow along with the video and repeat as many times as necessary! In between sets recover for a full 60 seconds. If you don’t have an ankle band that’s okay! You can do this workout using your own body weight. Get ready to reach your max!
