Cucumber Water Recipe

We love Lyfe Kitchen’s cucumber water so decided to recreate it ourselves! Now we can drink it home, on-the-go or at the office. It is also a delicious alternative to plain water that will help you reach your daily goal of 50 ounces of water. Plus, it has detoxification, digestion and anti-inflammatory benefits.

 

YOU WILL NEED:

1-2 liters of water, depending on how strong you want it to taste

1 cucumber

1 lime

A handful of fresh mint leaves

1/2 teaspoon of Agave syrup

Ice cubs

    Nice that you shared the ingredients yet what about the recipe? What do I do with the cucumber (cube, put in blender, take the seeds out)?

      Hi there! Thanks for your question. You can simply cut the cucumber into 1/2 inch slices and you’re ready to go!
