A Golf Pro Explains How Shred415 Can Help Your Game

We all know the benefits of Shred415 in our personal lives, but Shred415 is also hugely helpful in performance on the golf course.

Some golfers think that steady low-intensity workouts are best for the golf game, but I don’t believe that is true. Golf is a “burst” sport, meaning it is played with short powerful bursts of energy followed by a period of low activity. Shred415 prepares golfers for those bursts of energy, and helps provide the stamina needed for a 4-hour round of golf, especially if you’re carrying your golf bag and walking the 7 to 8 miles.

Deck exercises that are performed during Shred415—such as lunges, squats, Russian twist and rows—will increase the rate of a golf swing and therefore lengthen the distance of the shots, giving power and speed to a golf swing. Tread sprints and long distance runs will build up a golfer’s stamina.

Strengthening your core, glutes, hamstrings and quads will help correct any swing faults that contribute to pain because those muscles are the link between your arms and legs. Your leg muscles are incredibly important in the golf swing because they provide a strong base for the movable arms and spine during the swing. Core strength, strong legs, speed and flexibility are qualities of a great golf swing.

What’s really great about Shred415 is that they also incorporate a great stretch at the end of class. As a golfer, flexibility is very important. Personally, yoga is extremely intimidating. I’m not sure I could ever attend a class. Shred allows for me to get a great workout and deep stretching all within an hours’ time. Stretching is critical to prevent any muscle injury; it will also provide flexibility and speed to the muscles that are required for a proper, more fluid and powerful golf swing.

Shred415 eliminates late round fatigue, increases metabolism, raises metabolic threshold, increases resting metabolic rate and develops explosive-ism.
