LET’S DO THIS!
Inspired by our trip to Palm Springs this week, we’ve created a killer workout that blends cardio and resistance training all without stepping foot off the treadmill. Grab a resistance band and wrap the handles of the band around the handles of your treadmill. Once through, pull the handles of the band to tighten and secure. (If you do not have a Woodway 4Front or a treadmill with handles you can wrap the band around the console or use light to medium weights on the floor instead.) Pause your treadmill and make sure it comes to a complete stop before beginning the resistance training exercises.
