Pumpkin Weekend Workout
Grab a 5-10 pound pumpkin and follow along to burn off those Halloween candies and cocktails! Do each exercise for 30 seconds and repeat 3x for a spooktacular workout.
-Side lunge, reach your pumpkin down then circle above balanced leg
-Switch sides
-Soccer Taps
-Single leg deadlift to bicep curl
-Pumpkin overhead in-in-in
-Repeat other side
-Push ups
-Drop Squats
