We love how inspiring our Shredders can be! Read on for Daniel’s story.
“In 2012, I decided to move from Chile to Chicago and had to quit most of the sports I was playing back in Chile. After three years trying to stay in shape in Chicago (while studying and working at the same time), I was still finding it very hard to find a workout routine that worked for me. In July 2015, I was at my heaviest weight and decided to change my diet and commit to myself by working out at Shred415.
From July 2015 to November 2015, I lost 20 pounds and I’ve seen so many good results. I like how I feel, how I look and I’ve finally found a place where I can enjoy my workouts once again. It’s fun, instructors are great, music is loud, lights are low and the equipment is cutting edge. I enjoy how instructors motivate you and working in groups of 24 people makes it even better.
Making the commitment to Shred415 was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’m quite addicted now to the great results in such a short period of time. I’m looking forward to continue shredding 3-4 times a week and improving myself every week.
