#Shred2016 Challenge—Join Us!

We cannot wait until Monday…how often do you hear those words out of anyone’s mouth?

But really. We are so excited to get started on the 60-day challenge with Shred415! The main challenge is simple: Take 30 Shred415 classes in 60 days. But we had to spice things up. At the start of each week, we will give you a different goal to strive for every day! Once the week is over, move on to the next goal, but continue doing the ones you’ve already started. We are sharing everything you need right here to prepare, plan and stick to your goals! We love to see your progress and check-ins during the challenge so don’t forget to use the hashtag #shred2016.
