Shred415 Story: Bela Gandhi
“I grew up with childhood asthma, and used to miss at least one week per month when I was in school (up through high school)! Because I was always sick, I never learned how to swim well, and running the mile in school was COMPLETELY out of the question. As I outgrew my asthma, I started to power walk, and then over time began to jog — and could run 3-4 miles (trotting is the actual word for it)! I always kept a pace of around 13+ minute miles and just didn’t think I had it in me to go faster. Until I started Shredding, that is.
A good friend of mine (who is intimidatingly fit) recommended that I try Shred415—and from the time I walked into my first class, I was hooked! Because of the instruction, I pushed myself to new levels (which I would have NEVER done without the class), and I have taken MINUTES off of my mile speed! I am so grateful to everyone at Shred415 for building my confidence, endurance and sprint speed. I am devoted forever.”
