Spring Break-Ready Abs & Booty Monday Move: Crunches & Punches

In this combo move, you will do wide leg crunches with an ankle band followed by a crunch with two punches at the top. Repeat each move for 30 seconds to a full minute then move on to the next move. Repeat as many times as possible.
