Inspired by the Chicago Cubs? Try our fun, baseball-inspired weekend workout!
Start from home plate and run the bases (approximately .1 miles) then do all of the moves shown here. Think baseball swings (wood chops), Catcher drills (push-pull), Snagging a fly ball (jump squats), and running in place with punches (What Rizzo does when he gets a hit!). Repeat 3x.
